Many of us resolve to lose weight, get in shape, run marathons. But why not resolve to just be strong & healthy? That's my resolution. With no specific metric to set myself up for failure, I'm planning on making small goals like running four times a week and hitting yoga class at least once a week. Small goals like these equal large results, long term. I'll be lacing up my favorite Nike sneakers for runs in Golden Gate Park. What are your goals this year?
